Orders

We ship all orders via Australia Post and will email you your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you don’t see the tracking email within 1 business day, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you would like your parcel to be left in a secure location at your home, simply add a note at checkout with your delivery instructions.

Please note: If you request your order to be left unattended, Revitalised Healthcare cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’re not satisfied with the products you ordered, please email us at info@revitalised.com.au and let us know what’s gone wrong—we genuinely value your feedback.

You may return products in unused, unopened, and re-saleable condition within 30 days of your order date. Once received and inspected, we will issue an exchange or store credit (postage not included).

Note: Returned items must arrive in the same condition in which they were sent to you.

Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

If you’re unsure which skincare products to choose, please contact us before purchasing—our team is happy to help you find the right fit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit, including all postage costs.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Photo evidence is required for faulty items or skin reactions.

How to Return Products

Email us (with your order number) first to explain the reason for your return. (Returns cannot be accepted unless you have contacted us in advance.)
Print a copy of your email and include it in the parcel with the returning items.
